Tenstrings Returns ONES2WATCH

One2watch is a monthly music showcase organized by the Tenstrings Music Institute, in partnership with Freedom Park Lagos, to strengthen the musicianship and stamina, boost the courage, foster the elasticity of the students’ music rapporteur.

Tenstrings Music Institute is the acclaimed largest music school in Nigeria, with study centers in Ikeja, Lekki/Ajah, Surulere, Festac Town, Port Harcourt and Abuja; with plans to open more centers in other major communities across the country. Tenstrings has trained over 15,000 students from 16 countries over a period of 15 years.

Tenstrings is duly registered and accredited by the appropriate government agencies in Nigeria and is affiliated to several reputable Universities around the world. The establishment is also incorporated in the UK and operating there as “Africa Heritage Academy UK Ltd”. Visit https://tenstrings.org/about-us/ for more information.

The live music showcase will be holding on Wednesday, 28th February. Gate fee is N1,000 and the showtime is from 6PM. Come and give support to the rising music stars!

We are so happy that a place of such sad history has been transformed to a place of celebration and symbol of freedom. I have been taken on a guided tour by young Daniel - a gifted tour guide with articulate delivery and excellent knowledge of the site's history. The credit of preserving this history goes to the Government of Lagos State under Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola's leadership, who had the enlightenment to embrace Arch. Theo Lawson's vision to preserve this evidence of colonial correction's history. Well done, all impressive must be supported.
