DESCRIPTION:The Afro-jazz musician and Saxophonist was born to a royal lineage in Ibadan. He has had a career as a flautist\, saxophonist and sometime bandleader spanning well over half a century. \n“A bona-fide Nigerian prince and probably the only musician to have ever played with Fela Kuti\, Miles Davis\, and Bob Marley. Eji Oyewole combined African highlife with western jazz to create a hybrid. His first album\, Charity Begins At Home\, released in 1978 was deliberately recorded to address corrupt practices in Nigeria. \nThe Octogenarian will be hitting the stage at Freedom Park as usual\, on Thursday 27th July. Showtime will commence from 5:00PM. \nThis will be a fantastic music experience you should never miss.
